Summit Garage Sales The HOA coordinates our neighborhood garage sales for a larger turnout.  Garage sales are tentatively scheduled for the first weekend in May and October. Notices will be mailed out prior to the actual events.  The HOA will place an advertisement in the newspaper.  To participate, San Antonio requires a permit, which can be purchased at HEB.  Please do not have any individual garage sales that are not on these approved dates.
